Control Early Prototype To Final Game Comparison Reveals The Evolution Of Game

Remedy Entertainment’s Control is an upcoming sci-fi third-person shooter. It is coming out this year for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Control will use the same engine as Quantum Break and appears to have some hints of survival horror in it as well. It is a third person shooter offering psychic powers adding a new twist to the traditional gameplay mechanics.

The early prototype of Control was quite rough but Remedy recently shared a comparison to demonstrate how far the game has come since its first demonstration.

The video shows the final E3 2018 demo and there is a good chance that the end game will be improved even further. Control is currently set to launch in 2019 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Remedy Entertainment previously worked on Quantum Break and Alan Wake, both of which launched as an exclusive for the Xbox One. Control is the first multi-platform game by Remedy Entertainment in a generation.
