Crypt of the NecroDancer Developers Deny Being Part of February’s PS Plus Lineup

Crypt of the NecroDancer is a rogue-like rhythm game that will be released on the PS4 and PS Vita on February 2nd, 2016. Since the first Tuesday of the month is usually reserved for PS Plus games, some users speculated that this game might be a part of the PlayStation Plus lineup in February. It was releasing on February 2nd and it was from an independent developer, which means it checked all the right boxes for a potential PS Plus game.

This rumor has now been debunked by the developers on their official twitter account. When a fan asked them about being included in PS+ lineup for February, the developers confirmed that they won’t be included in it.

Sony has yet to confirm the games that will be a part of the PlayStation Plus lineup in February 2016. Microsoft is also holding out on announcing their Games with Gold lineup for the upcoming month, but thanks to a leaked image, we already know one of the game that will be included in it.
