Cuphead developer Studio MDHR has announced today that the game has now sold through more than 2 million copies across the PC and Xbox One. Cuphead is a co-op platformer with a focus on difficult boss battles. It features a fairly distinct art style that attempts to present visuals in the form of cartoon from the 1930s.
Cuphead was released exclusively for the Xbox One and PC. The game managed to gain a lot of following shortly after release thanks to its difficulty and was successfully able to sell 1 million copies within a month. The sales have only increased since then as the latest update by the studio has confirmed it has now sold through more than 2 million copies across the PC and Xbox One.

Just a few days ago, it randomly appeared on the iOS App Store which turned out to be a bootleg copy of the game. It was being sold for $4.99 but taken down rather fast after word about the iOS version being a scam started to get out. The developers have shared no desire to release a mobile version right now.
