Destiny 2 users are reporting issues of missing raid keys even if they have found them through the Leviathan raid. Right now, Bungie has acknowledged that they are investigating the issue but it has yet to be fixed despite the latest update that was released as hotfix 10.0.3 for the PS4 and Xbox One.
The official Bungie support forum and Destiny subreddit is filled with complaints of user losing their Leviathan raid keys after a while. This also seems to trigger when they change character so there can be plenty of circumstances for it, but it is an annoying problem to have in case you have done the latest raid.
Here is what one user had to say for the missing keys.
I acquired the Drain, Irrigation, and Conduit keys while playing the Leviathan raid in Destiny 2 today. At some point after receiving the third key (Conduit), I noticed that I no longer had the Drain or Irrigation keys in my inventory.
The item drops popped up on my screen when I received them, my inventory was not full (9/50), they did not go to the postmaster or vault, and I did not dismantle them.
Another member of my raid group also experienced the same issue during our raid; the remaining 4 did not, and have all 3 of their keys.
Sadly the changelog for the latest hotfix update doesn’t mention any proper fix for this issue so we will have to wait for Bungie to release another update before this issue can be hopefully resolved.
Destiny 2 is available now for the PS4 and Xbox One.
