Destiny is an upcoming online multiplayer action role-playing first-person shooter game in an open world setting. It is developed by Bungie and published by Activision as part of a ten-year publishing deal and it is the game everyone is talking about.
The Destiny Beta came to an end yesterday and fans had an awesome time playing the Beta and seeing what the game will be like once it comes out in September. But fans have been concerned as well as excited for the game. As we know that the world of Destiny or the Cosmodrome consists of several different planets which the players can travel to and explore. In the Destiny Beta, players got a chance to explore Old Russia and a small part of the moon on the final day of the Beta, and fans are not satisfied with what they’ve seen. The fans expected these areas to be a lot bigger but they were disappointed with what they saw in the Alpha and Beta builds of the game.
Bungie’s Community Manager DeeJ addressed this concern by stating that each planet, Mars, Earth, Moon, and Venus, only has one “destination” which Bungie calls “Areas”. These areas are what the players will explore while playing the game.
Fans must keep in mind that Alpha and Beta had a lot locked off areas which were either guarded by enemies of a high level or were not accessible. All of these doors will be unlocked in the final build of the game and there will be a lot more to explore.
Destiny comes out in on the 9th of September and it will be available on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
