After it was initially reported earlier this month that the PlayStation 2 game Destroy All Humans 2! had been rated by the Pan European Game Information (PEGI) board for the PlayStation 4, some new information seems to have surfaced on the official PlayStation website, though not about the same game.
The first game in the series, the original Destroy All Humans!, has now shown up for purchase for the PlayStation 4. And now that the original has officially shown up, one can only assume that the sequel will be heading to the platform soon as well.
Originally released over ten years ago in the year 2005, Destroy All Humans! follows the exploits of Cryptosporidium-137 in his quest to rescue his captured predecessor from the clutches of the United States Army.
Cryptosporidium-137 has access to a number of weapons at his disposal such as the Zap-O-Matic or the Ion Detonator, as well as unique abilities such as Psychokinesis that allow him to move objects around with his mind.
The game has been praised for its over the top and unique themes and destruction while at the same time being criticized for shortcoming in it’s gameplay.
As of now, any indication of the game is only available on the PlayStation website, with the link to the PlayStation Store currently unavailable. Hopefully the game will be available for sale soon.
