Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance DLC plans announced

Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance is out in Japan today exclusively for the Playstation 4 along with its first DLC. Developers Nippon Ichi Software have also announced their plans of future DLC content.

The DLC can be purchased from the DLC Shop in-game.

The Day 1 DLC for Disgaea 5 include a Scenario starring Disgaea D2‘s Laharl, Etna, Flonne, and Sicily. All four characters will be available for use after clearing the scenario, they’ll also be able to take advantage of all the new techniques introduced in Disgaea 5. The scenario will sell for 500 yen. Players will also be able to get Female Laharl A.K.A Laharl-chan for 500 yen and the generic Angel Soldier (Woman) for free between April 1 and May 5 if you’re a Playstation Plus member. Lastly there is the free Borrow the Power of Toro and Kuro add-on which allows you to use Doko Demo Issyo cats.


On April 30 releases a Scenario starring Disgaea 4‘s Valvatorez, Fenrich, and Vulcanus for 500 yen and one starring Disgaea 4‘s Fuka, Desco, and Emizel going for 500 yen once again. NIS mascot Nisa will also be available for 300 yen.

On May 28 players will get a Scenario featuring Disgaea 3‘s Mao, Raspberyl, and Salvatore for 500 yen and another one featuring Disgaea 3‘s Almaz and Sapphire again for 500 yen. Metallia will also be available for just 300 yen.

June 25’s DLC release will include a Scenario featuring Disgaea 2‘s Adell, Rozalin, and Axel retailing for 500 yen.


On July 30 players will get a Scenario starring Makai Kingdom‘s Lord Zetta, Pram, and Petta for 500 yen and one starring La Pucelle: Tactics‘ Priere for 500 yen.

If you purchase the 4000 yen Season Pass that includes all the aforementioned DLC content then NIS will also package in Disgaea mascot Pleinair. You’ll also get her if you purchase all the DLC separately.
