Dragon Ball FighterZ Update Version 1.12 Adds New DLC Fighter [Patch Notes]

Dragon Ball FighterZ has been updated today to add a new character, Android 17 and in addition to this, several tweaks have been made to the game.

Bandai Namco announced the new character earlier at TGS and it has been finally released for Dragon Ball FighterZ. The new update also launches alongside the Nintendo Switch version, adding some new features from it.

This new update will patch the game to version 1.12 on the PS4 and version 3100100 on Steam.

There are no official patch notes available but here is a set of changelog for the new update based on the confirmed features and new additions to the game.

  • A brand new stage is added
  • Android 17 support added, will be playable on September 27
  • Z capsule store gets an option for Halloween capsules
  • Unlimited rematches in Ranked, Casual, and Z Cup matches
  • Some changes to the fighting mechanics

The Halloween capsules will feature exclusive versions of the lobby characters, Halloween Z Stamps, and alternative Halloween colored outfits for Playable Characters.

We will update this article once an official set of patch notes are released. As it stands, this is the basic changelog of what’s new and changed in the update.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is available now on the  PC, PS4, and Xbox One and will release on September 28 for Nintendo Switch.
