Driveclub was released over a year ago, but it seems that the developers are still trying to keep players engaged with the game. Evolution Studios has revealed that Driveclub will be getting its next update in February and according to them, it’s going to be a big one. This was announced on Driveclub’s official Twitter account.
A tweet from the game’s Twitter account states “We’re packing a lot into it“, suggesting that the update will bring a lot of content to the game. The tweet also comes with a teaser clip which showcases a car that is Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R V-Spec II along with a new Black and White filter that will be included in the Photo Mode.
According to a tweet from Evolution Studio’s community manager Jamie Brayshaw, the update will also bring some new filters for the Photo Mode including B&W, posterize, night vision, bleach, cinematic along with many more. The update will also feature new tour events, new stars and trophies.
We still don’t know if this update will be free or not but the game’s director Paul Rustchynsky said on Twitter that they will announce the details in a few weeks.
Driveclub is a PlayStation 4 Exclusive title which was released on October 7, 2014. The game was first announced at the PlayStation 4 press conference back in 2013. The game is developed by Evolution Studios and published by Sony Computer Entertainment.
