The PC version of Fallout 4 has a secret room that will give you access to all of the game’s items. To get to this room, you’ll need to enter a specific console command, so there’s no way to get here on the PS4 and Xbox One. This isn’t the first time Bethesda has included a secret room in its games. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim also had a hidden room on PC that provided access to all of the game’s items, weapons, and armor.
The video below explains what you need to do in order to get to Fallout 4’s secret dev room.

The process is as simple as bringing up the console command and typing in “COCQASMOKE”. From there, you’ll be taken to a secret area with all the different crafting stations, bobbleheads, all the consumables, scraps, holotapes, holotape games, books, weapons, armors.
In addition, you also have all the different power suits that can be earned in Fallout 4. You will need to have a fusion core in order to get one up and running, however.
