Fallout 4, Rise of the Tomb Raider among banned games in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia’s pretty strict about the media content to be available in the Kingdom. After a lot of strict moderation and censorships, the games are made available.

Previous famous cases of video games being banned because, either of Religious content or Nudity are: Grand Theft Auto IV, Grand Theft Auto V, God of War series, Watch Dogs etc. just to name a few.

Now according to a famous video games retailer in the Kingdom, recently the General Commission for Audiovisual Media has release a list of games that are to be banned in the Kingdom; the list includes the highly anticipated title of 2015, Fallout 4.

Among the list include the Tomb Raider series including the recent Rise of the Tomb Raider, The Witcher 3, Sleeping Dogs and The Order 1886.

Do note that the Witcher 3, Sleeping Dogs and The Order 1886 have been officially available in the Kingdom since their release and the movement now to ban them makes no sense.

You can even obtain nearly all of these games from the black market or lesser known retailers or digitally online through the Saudi Arabian PS Store.
