Fallout 4 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim are two Bethesda published games that have been confirmed to get support for the Xbox One X. The patch to add support for Xbox One X for both of these games hasn’t been released yet but a new update on the official Xbox One X support page hints at these updates launching soon for the Xbox One X.
Bethesda Softworks is one of the biggest supporter of the Xbox One X. They have released updates to support games like The Evil Within 2, Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus, The Elder Scrolls Online, Dishonored 2 and its expansion, and have plans to release more updates for their games including DOOM, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4.
The update for Fallout 4 is not only for the increased resolution but will also improve some of the visual effects. Here is what is planned for both of these games.

Fallout 4 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim are both old games that launched in 2015 and 2016 respectively. Both of these games also have support for the PS4 Pro so it is not surprising to see them getting update for the Xbox One X.
