Fallout 4 update version 1.34 is available to download now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Here are the patch notes for this new update.
Fallout 4 has received an update today by Bethesda that includes a number of fixes. These were originally planned to release with update 1.33 which launched in late November.
Additionally, the game will get virtual workshops starting from December 5. You can read about them from here.

Hi everyone, a patch is planned for this Wednesday, Dec 4. It will contain a number of small fixes that got bumped out of the Nov 20th patch.
We make an effort to avoid patches in such close succession, but scheduling in December is a complex affair. We had expected this to be near the end of the month, so this was a surprise for us as well.
Additionally, Virtual Workshops will formally launch on Dec 5
