Fallout 76 Beta Is Out In October; Coming To Xbox One First, Then PC And PS4

Bethesda Softworks has announced a release window for the upcoming Fallout 76 Beta. According to the details shared by the developers, this Beta will start in October and it is coming to the Xbox One first followed by the PS4 and PC.

“Starting in October we’ll be selecting people who have pre-ordered the game from a participating retailer to enter our B.E.T.A. We’ll start small and grow over time as we prepare for launch, ” said a Bethesda community manager in a post on the official forums. “To clarify, everyone who pre-orders at a participating retailer will be included in the B.E.T.A.”

Later on Twitter, the developers confirmed that the Beta will be released for the Xbox One first. PC and PS4 users will have to wait a little longer. Details about the Beta will be shared at the upcoming Fallout 76 panel during Quake Con.

“We’re blown away by the response to the B.E.T.A. Still sorting out the details but we’ll start letting you break-it in October. First on XB1, then PS4 and PC.”

Fallout 76 was announced at E3 2018. The beta version of the game was also teased before launch. It will be only available for those who have pre-ordered from participating retailers. You will have to redeem a code that will be given by the retailers once the Beta date is finalized.

Fallout 76 will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 14, 2018.
