Ubisoft has released a small update for Far Cry 3 Classic Edition for the PS4 and Xbox One. This is a rather tiny hotfix for the game that is aimed at the complaints of the dead zone aiming on the PS4 and Xbox One version of the game.
If you haven’t played Far Cry 3, the best time to jump in it is right now with the classic edition that comes packed in with all the visual upgrades of the PC version of the game. Even though the game f from the PC version, it is still held back with a 30 FPS target that makes it inferior from the PC version.
If you have Far Cry 3 Classic Edition installed, you will get update version 1.01 which is barely a few MBs in size. The following is the changelog for this update.
– Fixed the dead zone issues by fine tuning the controls
The major complaint by fans regarding this port has been now rectified ahead of the launch of the standalone edition of Far Cry 3 for the PS4 and Xbox One. Right now, it is only possible to purchase and download it if you have the season pass for Far Cry 5.
Far Cry 3 Classic Edition is available on the PS4 and Xbox One while you can enjoy it in all its glory on PC as well.
