In a report by Amazon.co.uk, it was revealed that FIFA 16 was the best-selling game of 2015, beating games like Fallout 4, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, and Metal Gear Solid V. It was also the 10th best-selling item across Amazon UK’s entire product store.
Although the exact figures have not been announced as yet, FIFA 16 turned out to be the highest selling game, with Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 coming in at #2 and Fallout 4 at #3. The report also revealed that Grand Theft Auto V came in at #4, while FIFA 15 was placed at #5. The sales data for the Amazon.co.uk Winter 2015 Report was recorded between January 1, 2015 – December 13, 2015.
While FIFA 16 was the number one selling game, Fallout 4 managed to take the second spot in term of total sales on Amazon UK. Meanwhile, Black Ops 3 came in at #2 and Star Wars Battlefront at #3.
FIFA 16 was developed by EA and was released on September 22, 2015 for the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and mobile devices.
