EA Sports has released FIFA 19 Title Update Version 1.03 for PS4 and Xbox One today. It contains the following list of changes and fixes.
FIFA 19 was updated last week for PC. This patch was for title update version 1.03, and it is now available to download now on the PS4 and Xbox One as well. There is no update for the Nintendo Switch version, but EA hasn’t shared any estimate on when it can be expected.

The full set of patch notes for FIFA 19 update version 1.03 are available to read from here. Don’t expect any new changes to the patch notes that were shared for the PC version.
There were plenty of changes made to the gameplay like the issue with the bicycle kicks has been fixed now. In addition to this, audio corruption that was reported by some players was also fixed on the PC.
If you haven’t managed to receive a prompt for the update, you can try to force a manual check by using the options button on PS4 over the game’s icon and then selecting the choice of checking for updates online. It should trigger a download to the new FIFA 19 update version 1.03 on PS4.
FIFA 19 is available now for the PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch. It is not confirmed if Nintendo Switch owners will also get the same updates as the other consoles and PC.
