EA Sports has released FIFA 19 update version 1.05 on PS4 and Xbox One. You can now read the full patch notes.
FIFA 19 is the latest yearly release in the long-running sports series. While the new entry was also available on the Nintendo Switch, updates are not as frequent on that platform due to the different game engine and lack of features between the Nintendo Switch and other current generation home consoles.
FIFA 19 update version 1.05 was released last week for PC and it is finally available today on the PS4 and Xbox One as well. As for the Nintendo Switch version, EA Sports hasn’t shared any details on it for now.

FIFA 19 update version 1.05 is around 1.6 GB in size for the Xbox One and PS4. If you haven’t managed to get the update yet, you can manually try to trigger the download by going into the options menu on PS4 and then select check for the latest version, or by trying to play the game on the Xbox One, which should trigger the update to start downloading on your console.
FIFA 19 is available now on the PS4, Xbox One, PC while the Nintendo Switch owners can enjoy also enjoy the yearly release albeit in a stripped down version of the game. It was developed using the Frostbite Engine offered by EA DICE which is also used by EA DICE’s Battlefront and Battlefield series.
