Final Fantasy VII Remake 2015 vs. 2019 Comparison Shows Improvement To Character Models

Final Fantasy VII Remake is the talk of the town again after Square Enix shared a new re-reveal trailer for the game recently. Eagle-eyed fans have now compared the first reveal trailer of the game with 2015 gameplay footage and noticed many improvements.

Final Fantasy VII Remake character models have all been significantly improved in the latest build of the game. Cloud, Barret, and other characters now look much better. The improvements are not just with the design of the characters but the lighting quality looks better now. Here a comparison between the two different versions of Final Fantasy VII Remake.

While Square Enix hasn’t shared any release date for the game, there is some speculation suggesting that the game might be out before April 2020 since Square Enix is planning to launch a major title during this time frame.

FFVII Remake is announced for the PS4 and that hasn’t changed with the new reveal, but it is possible that the game is now multiplatform if we go by the listing of some retailers. It was first announced at E3 2015.
