As the Digital Premium Edition of Final Fantasy XV and the Season Pass upgrade for the game have gone up for pre-order on both the Xbox Marketplace and the PlayStation Store, Square Enix has published an official blog post to provide further details.
In it, the company details some of the DLC for Final Fantasy XV and assures fans that the game’s Season Pass content will not be content that has been cut from the main game. Anyone who buys the Final Fantasy XV base game will be getting the full experience, and the DLC will only provide new and unique experiences to the Final Fantasy universe.
The Digital Premium Edition of the game, includes the base Final Fantasy XV game as well as the Season Pass upgrade for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. The Season Pass for the game will feature some of the following digital content:
- Booster Pack
- Episode Gladio
- Holiday Pack
- Episode Ignis
- Episode Prompto
- Expansion Pack
Additionally, players who purchase the season pass from the Xbox Marketplace will receive:
- Weapon: Masamune (FFXV)
- Angler Set (item)
- Camera Kit (item)
- Regalia recolour: Platinum Leviathan
- Regalia recolour: 16-Bit Buddies
- Xbox Avatar – Noctis male costume
- Xbox Avatar – Noctis female costume
- Xbox Avatar – Carbuncle pet prop
And those who purchase it from the PlayStation Store will receive:
