Square Enix has released Final Fantasy XV update version 1.28 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Here’s what included in this new update.
Comrades is a multiplayer DLC expansion for Final Fantasy XV that has been separated from the main game. It can be played as a standalone expansion now and those who played the DLC on their PS4 can import save data to this standalone version. There was an issue with the import save data that didn’t let anyone continue their progress.
Final Fantasy XV update version 1.28 and Comrades update version 1.02 was released to address this exact issue. Now you can import save data and enjoy your progress from where you left off in Final Fantasy XV Comrades.
Final Fantasy XV Update Version 1.28 (PS4) Comrades Update Version 1.02 Patch Notes (PC, Xbox One)
- Correction of an issue that prevented users from importing save data from MULTIPLAYER EXPANSION: COMRADES.
- Various bug fixes.
This is a very small hotfix for Final Fantasy XV. It is roughly 100 MB in size so don’t expect to see any major content addition or bug fixes. As seen in the patch notes, it is mainly to resolve the import save data issue that was plaguing the standalone Comrades release.
Final Fantasy XV is available now for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It will get its last DLC episode focused on Ardyn later in March 2019.
