Final Fantasy XV might have missed E3 but it is going to have a major presence at the upcoming Gamescom, as revealed by the game director Hajime Tabata. Recently, YouTuber NinotakuTV has revealed that there will be a stage demo at Gamescom for Final Fantasy XV.
The upcoming Gamescom is set to start in early August in Cologne, Germany. Hajime Tabata had confirmed earlier in an Active Time Report for Final Fantasy XV that they are planning to give the game a major presence at Gamescom, and this was one of the main reason they decided to skip E3. The marketing for the game will officially start at Gamescom leading into TGS. Perhaps we will get an official release window as well.
Final Fantasy XV is the long awaited game in the popular series. The last mainline Final Fantasy was an MMO and there hasn’t been a proper offline single player Final Fantasy since Final Fantasy XIII debuted on PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2011.
Final Fantasy XV is currently set for a release on the PS4 and Xbox One. No release window has been given yet.
