Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition Out On March 6th, Requires 155GB HDD For 4K Assets

Square Enix has dated the release of Final Fantasy XV on PC after announcing the Royal Edition. Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition will launch on March 6th for Steam, Origins and Windows 10 Store. This version of the game will come packed in with all the post-launch DLC and updates including the Season Pass content and the Royal Pack. It will be available for $50 digitally although a retail release wasn’t confirmed.

Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition will also feature high-resolution textures and requires around 155GB of hard disk space for 4K assets, as confirmed by Square Enix. The full system requirements for the PC version can be seen below.

Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition was announced at the end of last year. It was confirmed to get visual improvements along with support for mods on PC. The game has now a confirmed release date set for March 6th and will launch alongside the Royal Edition on current generation consoles.
