Microsoft recently held a live stream to showcase more of Forza Horizon 4. This was also the first time fans get a closer look at the whole world map that is featured in Forza Horizon 4. Typically for most open world games, a large World Map is essential but it can also end up being a rather boring experience if most of it is empty. This doesn’t appear to be the case for Forza Horizon 4.
The full world map was shown in a video that you can view below, however, it was just a small part of it. The actual map was then later stitched together by Forza fans and it looks huge.
If you are wondering how it stands next to the previous games, there is also a comparison of the world maps featured in the first 3 games. It is not a lot bigger but considering how packed it can feel, this seems to be about the right size for it.
Forza Horizon 4 is set in the UK. It is being developed by Playground Games, who were announced to be acquired by Microsoft at E3 2018. The game will feature seasons which makes it the first time this has been supported in the series. It is currently set to launch on October 2nd for the Xbox One and Windows 10.
