God of War PS4 has wrapped up its development as the game director Cory Barlog has shared an image of the Gold Master copy of the game. God of War PS4 is confirmed to launch on April 20th and with the confirmation of its gold status, atleast fans can now rest easy knowing there won’t be any unexpected delay.
God of War PS4 is a complete reboot for the franchise. It was being directed by Cory Barlog who has previously worked on God of War 2 and the PSP spin-off Ghost of Sparta. The game features the same Kratos but changes the mythology from ancient Greek to Norse. This change also comes with a completely new location for Kratos to explore and the developers are now focusing on establishing a relationship between Kratos and his son Atreus.

God of War PS4 was originally announced at E3 2016. The game has been in development for a while now. It is the first God of War game to ditch the fixed camera perspective in favor of a more focused third person camera. Kratos has also picked up a new weapon in the form of an axe that he can throw to attack enemies from a distance as well. It remains to be seen if the Blades of Chaos will make a return in this reboot.
God of War PS4 will is all set to launch on April 20th for the PS4. It is being developed b Sony Santa Monica Studios and will be published by Sony interactive Entertainment.
