Sony has shown a brand new gameplay trailer for God of War for PS4 at their E3 2017 conference. The trailer teased some of the story for the game including monsters and some of the environment. There was also a nice throwback to the story from the first God of War confirmed that it is indeed a full featured sequel.

The trailer shows the father and son dynamic as well as huge beasts so if you were worried about the game losing its original charm, you should put your worries to rest now. The visuals look insane here and show the technical wizardry of Sony Santa Monica studio who have showcased their work on the PS2 and PS3 as well.
God of War is currently set to release on PS4 in early 2018 and it is being developed by Sony Santa Monica Studios. God of War 2 director Cory Barlog is set to direct this upcoming sequel.
