GTA Online Heists Delayed Once Again, “I’m Not a Hipster” Weekend Event

It seems like GTA V fans will never get what they have been waiting for since the release of the game. We have disappointing news for fans who eagerly await the arrival of online multiplayer Heists in Grand Theft Auto Online.

Back in April, there was news that the GTA Online heists update will be coming out sometime in Spring but that never happened. Now we have heard that the update which will introduce heists to GTA Online is being delayed once again.

According to Rockstar’s Newswire, the studio has been unable to deliver due to some unexpected complications. Here is what Rockstar has to say:

“For those of you asking about other upcoming GTA Online updates, we have lots more in store coming your way soon. We know many fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of the Online Heists that we had planned to release for you this spring, and they are taking more time to create than originally anticipated. We are very sorry for the delay, and are working hard to bring them to you as soon as we can.

Please know that we are focused as always on making the best possible content for you to play and we are thankful to all of you for your patience, understanding and support. Stay tuned for more information on that as well as lots of other ongoing content updates, enhancements and additions to the world of GTA Online that are on the way.”

Rockstar Games will probably release this highly awaited update when the game comes out for the next-gen consoles and PC.

In other news, Rockstar Games released a new update called the “I’m Not a Hipster” update which introduced a ton of new features, new items, new cloths, vehicles and more to GTA Online.
