Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town Remake Announced For Nintendo Switch

Harvest Moon series, which is now referred as Story of Seasons, will get a full remake of Friends of Mineral Town for Nintendo Switch. This was first released on the GameBoy Advance.

Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town will be localized and released in the Western market by XSEED games. The announcement of the remake was shared with a trailer as seen below.

XSEED Games are localizing and releasing it for the Nintendo Switch. No information was shared on a possible release date.

The long-awaited return to one of the most beloved entries in the original farm/life simulation franchise, known in Japan as Bokujo Monogatari, is also the first mainline title in the series to be released for the Nintendo Switch platform.

Originally released for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance in 2003, Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town is a complete remake that will let series fans revisit the charming world of Mineral Town, while also introducing it to a new generation of farmers. In this peaceful setting, players will grow crops, take care of animals, and build relationships with villagers.

Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town will be out exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
