Good news for video game streamers and YouTube folk, Sony just announced during their TGS keynote that the Playstation 4 will indeed support capture of gameplay from HDMI. The PS3 had HDCP protection enabled so most of the Video Capture Cards in the market did not work with it.
Currently the Xbox 360 has a monopoly with YouTubers and streamers who prefer to use it due to direct HDMI recording, Playstation fans have to either use Component or Composite sources to record video which is of inferior quality when compared to HDMI. With the Playstation 4 this of course is expected to change.
@CEOJebailey @yosp yep, more details to follow down the road

Do note that no HDCP on gameplay does not mean that you will be able to record Bluray and other video, Sony will be revealing full details soon.
