EA is now inviting Need for Speed fans to register on its official website for a chance to get into the closed beta for the latest iteration in the series. As of now, the publisher is only offering invites to those who have access to the PS4 or Xbox One. PC gamers will have to wait a while longer, it seems.
As seen below, once you hit the ‘sign up’ button, you’ll be asked to login with your EA account, so make sure you have one.
If selected, you will receive a confirmation email with further details on how to download Need for Speed Beta client. Given the limited number of invites, the publisher may not be able to accept everyone who registers.
Those who take part in the Closed Beta will help developer Ghost Games in performing a number of technical tests that will help make the final release a better experience for everyone.
