Scalebound director Hideki Kamiya recently returned back to Twitter to share an important message for fans of Scalebound.
Kamiya apologized to the fans who were looking forward to the game saying that he was sorry for bringing them this bad news at the start of the year. He promised to continue working on games, bring new fun games for his fans.
As you may have already heard, Scalebound has unfortunately been canceled. I'm very sorry to everyone who was looking forward to this game.

It is great to see such a lively game director even though it would be definitely hard to see your years of work getting scrapped. Considering the fact that it was his dream project, Kamiya sure is taking the cancellation of Scalebound with a lot of courage and heart.
