Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding Is An Open World Action Game With Online Elements

Hideo Kojima was a surprise guest at the Sony’s pre-TGS conference. He appeared at the end of the conference to share some details about his upcoming new game, Death Stranding.

Death Stranding was revealed at E3 2016 and it appears to be an action game with online elements, as Kojima explained at the Sony’s pre-TGS conference. The game will be open world although it is still early in development, which is why Kojima couldn’t talk in detail about it.

The game features Norman Reedus as its main character. Kojima is developing the game with collaboration of Sony and has decided on an engine for it. As for the game, it is still in early stages of development so don’t expect to see it anytime soon.

Death Stranding has also been confirmed to support 4K and HDR, which is one of the main feature of the upcoming PS4 Pro.

Death Stranding is currently announced for the PS4. More information regarding the game will be shared at the upcoming TGS 2016.
