Horizon Zero Dawn has been confirmed to get 4K support for the upcoming PS4 Pro but these screenshots appear to be native 1080p, downsampled from a likely higher resolution. They look rather clean and jaw dropping gorgeous. Check them out below.
Horizon Zero Dawn will be released on February 28th, 2017 for the PS4. The game was originally set to release in 2016 but was delayed to early 2017. It will also support PS4 Pro’s 4K resolution as well as HDR for the Standard and Pro version of PS4. The HDR makes the game vibrant, full of lush color, as seen during the PlayStation meeting event.
Horizon Zero Dawn is being developed by Guerrilla Games, who are known fro their work on the Killzone series. The game has been development since the release of Killzone 3 and has the director of Killzone 2 working on it.
