Spider-Man PS4 has in-game suits that are accessible after you pass a certain point in the story. This also applies to the pre-order suits which will require you to unlock crafting before you can use them from the beginning. This was confirmed by Insomniac Games who clarified this to fan in response to a question about the pre-order suits.
Insomniac Games art director Jacinda Chew was recently replying to a fan on Twitter and she confirmed that the pre-order suits will be available right from the beginning, however, this could be mistaken as the opening of the game. The official Insomniac Games Twitter account clarified that this applies to when you unlock crafting in the game.
Recently, they also released a launch trailer for the game and there are some curious changes between the footage seen in the launch trailer and the early E3 demo that they showcased in 2017. According to Insomniac Games, this is the final build for the game so any footage seen now will be what the fans experience on release.
Collector’s Edition for Spider-Man PS4 was available in limited quantity, however, don’t expect to see more of them as Insomniac has clarified that the demand was insane for them and they only made the maximum number that was physically possible to release by the launch.
Lastly, if you are looking for gameplay of the photo mode, Insomniac Games promised footage of it before launch. There has been no known footage of the Photo Mode so far so hopefully, we can see it in action before the release.
Marvel’s Spider-Man will be released on September 7th for the PS4.
