June’s Games With Gold Lineup Revealed For The Xbox One And Xbox 360

Microsoft is going to expand Games with Gold program to the Xbox One. They have also confirmed the first two titles available on offer for this program. These include “Halo: Spartan Assault” and “Max: The Curse of Brotherhood”. Along with these titles, they have also announced the Games with Gold offers for the month of June for Xbox 360. These include some great titles here including “Dark Souls” and “Charlie Murder”. Along with these two games, they have also announced a bonus game for the month of June, which is “Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition”.

Along with this Games with Gold announcement, Microsoft have also revealed that they are planning to launch a new program called “Deals with Gold”, which will offer various AAA titles at largely discounted price, as low as 50% to 75% off. The first few titles available on this program include Xbox One exclusive “Ryse: Son of Rome” and “Forza Motorsport 5” with potentially more surprise announcements.

It is also important to mention here that Games with Gold is essentially becoming a PlayStation Plus like service now. If you somehow end your Xbox Live Gold subscription, you will lose access to your free Games with Gold titles. Previously, this was not the case.

Phil Spencer had earlier talked about announcing this program for the Xbox One soon, and sure enough, he delivered on it.

Are you excited for any of these announced titles? Let us know in the comments below.
