Kingdom Hearts 3 Update Version 1.06 Full Patch Notes (PS4, Xbox One)

Kingdom Hearts 3 update version 1.06 is available now for PS4 and Xbox One. It was released along Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 update. Here are the patch notes.

Kingdom Hearts series is coming in full to the Xbox One as revealed by Microsoft and Square Enix during X019 London. Fans can now experience the complete Kingdom Hearts saga on a single platform when the earlier games launch for the Xbox One in 2020. Previously, they were only able to play through Kingdom Hearts 3.

In a surprise update that launched today, a new patch was released for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 and Kingdom Hearts 3. Here are the patch notes for the Kingdom Hearts 3 update.

Version 1.01

  • Added Memory Archive to the title screen
  • Fixed various issues

Version 1.02

  • Added new cutscene: Epilogue

Version 1.03

  • Added new cutscene: Secret Movie

Version 1.04

  • A new game mode (Critical Mode) with new abilities has been added.
  • Some enemy mechanics have been adjusted.
  • Treasures obtained in the Frozen Slider minigame now appear in the Summary screen and can also be viewed in the
  • Gummiphone.
  • A check mark now appears next to items in the Workshop menu that have already been synthesized.
  • New Game Help text and other various messages have been added.
  • Various issues have been fixed.
  • New save data will be created upon installing this version.

Version 1.05

  • Keyblades and other elements from clear data can now be carried over when selecting New Game to replay the game.
  • A maximum of 200 photos can now be saved.
  • Various issues have been fixed.

Version 1.06

  • Title Menu has been updated.
  • Various issues have been fixed.

Kingdom Hearst 3 is available now for PS4 and Xbox One.
