This theme is a part of the Outbreak Day Celebrations for The Last of Us. Outbreak day was the start of the apocalypse in The Last of Us and Naughty Dog usually celebrates it almost every year since the release of the game. For this year, they have released this exclusive theme as well as sale on The Last of Us Remastered and its DLC which you can find in detail from here.
The Last of Us Part 2 is being directed by Neil Druckmann but it will miss out on Bruce Straley who has now left Naughty Dog after the development on Uncharted 4 was completed.
