This Is How Long The Line Was For PlayStation 4 Outside Sony Center In Berlin

PlayStation 4 has been officially launched in Europe. Sony’s next-generation console has seen nothing short of praise and miracles. Selling over a million units to customers in just 24 hours in North American region, Fergal Gara, PlayStation UK’s Managing Director stated that in UK alone the record may break.

Nevertheless, the response was overwhelmingly positive. With retailers all over Europe working hard to serve the customers and with the Black Friday deals on-going, the launch was nothing the employees expected. Sony did promise that one might get a PlayStation 4 just by walking into a store and picking it off the shelf without a pre-order, but in order to do so, you may have to be in the line way early to get it as the lines were huge. Here’s a video depicting how long the line was outside Sony Center in Berlin, Germany.

It is nothing we’ve seen before. All the gamers standing in line to pick up a PlayStation 4. In one part of Germany, as soon as the shutters were opened the customers rushed inside to be the first ones to get their hands on a PlayStation 4. We can really say with ease that the “kraken” was released.

Were you one of the people waiting in line outside Sony Center in Berlin? How was your experience on launch day? Let us know in the comments below.
