Metal Gear Solid V Update Version 1.19 (PS4) Patch Notes (PC, Xbox One)

Metal Gear Solid V

Metal Gear Solid V update version 1.19 is out now for PS4. It has also received an update for the Metal Gear Solid V Definitive Experience on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

The new update for Metal Gear Solid V was apparently held on Steam according to Database listing. The download size is rather small for an update, so don’t expect any major changes included in it. There are no patch notes that are officially released for it.

  • Fixed an issue when using an Energy Wall while equipped with certain pieces of developed gear.
  • Fixed other issues.

The lack of official patch notes means that we can just boil it down to the regular bug fixes that are part of such updates. According to the changes made on the Steam Database for this update, it seems to mainly affect these two files on PC: 00.dat and mgsvtpp.exe. It could be mostly for the Metal Gear Online aspect of the game so don’t get your hopes up for any secret additions.

The last time Metal Gear Solid V was updated was for adding Quiet to FOB. It received a couple of minor updates afterward, but nothing major was changed or altered unlike the inclusion of Quiet as a playable character.

Metal Gear Solid V is available now on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game is also enhanced for the PS4 Pro but there is no Xbox One X enhanced version available for it.
