Naruto To Bortuo Shinobi Striker’s New Patch Deletes Save Data, Servers Down Until Update 1.10

Naruto to Boruto’s latest update might have messed up the save data for some users, as confirmed by Bandai Namco. They plan to release update version 1.10 to resolve this issue.

If you haven’t updated to the latest version of Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, it is best to avoid playing the game until this new fix is out. Bandai Namco has confirmed that they are working on a quick hotfix in the form of an update that should be released for the game soon.

Survey Results In the update data Ver1.09 delivered on November 15, an application error occurred when matching between some users, so we are performing emergency maintenance for the current cause investigation.

Currently the cause is known, and correction data is being prepared.  We will do our utmost to restart soon so we will announce it again as soon as the resumption goal is set.

In addition, we received an inquiry that the save data was affected when an application error occurred in Ver 1.09.  In that case we will sorry to troubles you, but  please do try recovery from save data of online storage first by the following procedure.

The official Bandai Namco US account also shared an update on this issue with the servers.

It appears that they are already testing a new update for Naruto to Bortuo Shinbo Striker on Steam. You can see a new build in the QA stage listed in the Steam Database. Hopefully, this update can resolve the issue with the servers and save data.
