NBA 2K19 has received 3 major updates so far. The last patch was for update version 1.04 and it was released early this month. As for NBA 2K19 update version 1.05, it seems to be dropping by the end of this year.

NBA 2K19 Update Version 1.05 For PS4, Xbox One And PC; What Does It Do?
The details around this NBA 2K19 update version 1.05 are relatively unknown at this point, however, it should be able to fix some of the issues that started to occur with the previous update. There are no patch notes available but 2K Sports has typically released patch notes for the update within hours of it going live.

If you own the game on Nintendo Switch, there was finally an update last week that brought the game closer to the PS4, Xbox One and PC version. It is not confirmed whether this new NBA 2K19 update version 1.05 will also launch for the Nintendo Switch.
