Being one of the most highly anticipated games of 2016, Watch Dogs 2 has a lot of hype to live up to. And with the game’s release date crawling ever closer, developer Ubisoft has just released a brand new trailer for the game.
The new trailer titled “Welcome to San Francisco”, acts as an introduction to the beautifully fictionalized version of the San Francisco Bay Area. We get a look at the diverse range of environments in the game world from the tall skyscrapers of the main city, the port city of Oakland, to Marin and the hub of technological innovation, Silicon Valley.
Watch Dogs 2 places you into the role of newcomer Marcus Holloway, a brilliant young hacker who resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. After being accused of a crime he did not have a hand in, Marcus teams up with the notorious hacking group DedSec in order to take down ctOS 2.0, and the Blume Corporation.
You can get a look at an extended 20 minute demo for the game, or check out some of the Multiplayer features here. It was also revealed last month that Watch Dogs 2 had gotten delayed for the PC. You can check out the System Requirements for the game here.
Watch Dogs 2 is due for a release on 15th November 2016 on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. The PC version of the game will then launch on 29th November, 2016.
