EA has announced that the latest installment of its popular hockey franchise NHL 14 will be sliding into stores later this September.
NHL 14 has been developed with the same collision engine as FIFA13, it also has the same fighting engine as Fight Night, where the players remain live (until they get ejected) when they have their scuffles. It doesn’t stop there with the new features, EA have also updated the deke system for all you skillful NHL players out there.
EA Vancouver have also updated the ‘Be A Pro’ mode, now allowing the player to deal with off-the-ice matters like; talking to the media, dealing with team-mates (which will affect how the team reacts to you), and fan interaction, making this a more all-round experience for the player.
EA have also released this fast paced announcement trailer, which includes a lot of the game’s realistic footage as well as a lot of actual hockey footage.

NHL14 will be available on September 10 in the US, and September 12 in the UK for Xbox360, and Playstation 3 (EA haven’t confirmed a next-gen release for NHL14 as of yet).You can Pre-Order it at Amazon.
