Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Asura’s Wrath Now Playable In 4K On PC Through PS3 Emulation

PS3 emulator RPCS3 is making huge progress in recent months. Demon’s Souls is fully playable on the emulator and you can even bump the resolution up to 4K on PC if you have meet the requirements for the emulation and have some headroom left.

Some of the more console focused exclusives like Asura’s Wrath and Ninja Gaiden Sigma are the most recent games that join the ever growing library of emulated games that are completely playable on PC.

In case you haven’t been keeping up with the emulation progress of PS3, it started off properly with Demon’s Souls being emulated at the start of last year. It has since slowly progress to cover games like Red Dead Redemption, Metal Gear Solid 4 and The Last of Us. While these 3 games are not playable for now, they do work on the emulator and can go into in-game to some extent.

There are some games that are already playable though and Asura’s Wrath is one of them. Ninja Gaiden Sigma has also joined the ranks of games that are now fully emulated on PC at a resolution like 4K. This means you can enjoy them with better visual quality compared to their original release.

While the topic surrounding emulation also revolves around piracy, there is no doubt that it offers those who have a legit copy of the game to play their copies in a better resolution and image quality.
