Nintendo Direct Set To Stream Today Has Been Postponed

Nintendo had announced a brand new Nintendo Direct today that would reveal games for the Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch, however, it has now been postponed and a new date for it will be shared at a later time.

“Due to the powerful earthquake in Hokkaido, Japan, we have decided to delay this week’s planned Nintendo Direct. We will provide a new time and date in the near future. Thank you for your understanding, ” reads the official press release.

Nintendo Direct Set To Stream Today Has Been Postponed

This Direct was announced by Nintendo this Wednesday and it was set to air on Thursday, Sept. 6, at 3 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. ET. Fans were hoping to hear more about the games that were set to launch later this year and in early 2019 for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS. A new date hasn’t been officially confirmed yet for this upcoming Direct.
