No Man’s Sky is one of the most highly anticipated games of 2016. The anticipation for the adventure survival game grew even more when the developers of the game announced that the game will be delayed.
A couple of weeks ago, No Man’s Sky developer and head of Hello Games, Sean Murray shed some light on the game’s release date. Murray revealed that the game will be available on August 9th, for the PS4 and PC.
Last week, Murray tweeted out that No Man’s Sky has gone golden, and is ready for its release in August. Murray also revealed that the game will take up only 6GB on Disk and “A lot of that is audio.”

No Man’s Sky developer, Hello Game have said that the game has thousands of galaxies, eighteen quintillion planets, which are inhabited by millions of different creatures. Considering that, the game is quite small in size. Murray also revealed that the team is already working on an update for the game.
The game has been featured in most of Sony gaming press conference since its reveal back at E3 2014. Sony have a lot of faith in the tiny team over at Hello Games, and hope that they deliver a successful game when it comes out on August 9th for the PS4 and PC.
