Noctis Joins Tekken 7 As New DLC Fighter On March 20

Tekken 7 is getting a DLC featuring the royal prince, Notis Lucis Caelum. This is the second fighter that has been confirmed for Tekken 7 along with Geese Howard. Bandai Namco had confirmed 2 characters for the Season Pass of Tekken 7 so this makes it the second and last addition to the game after the Tekken Bowl DLC and Geese Howard.

Noctis seems to bring his spoiled prince attitude and weapon arsenal to Tekken 7. He can also perform the warp strikes and use royal arms to give his opponent a decent beating. The new gameplay trailer also showcases all the DLC costumes for Noctis and there does appear to be a good variety of them available here.

Tekken 7 launched last year to critical acclaim and also had a season pass included with the deluxe edition. This season pass has offered Tekken Bowl DLC and two guest characters: Geese Howard and Noctis Lucis Caelum. Bandai Namco hasn’t shared any plans on whether they will release more characters or further DLC for the game in the near future.

Tekken 7 is available to play now on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. It was developed on Unreal Engine 4 by Bandai Namco Games. It is the 7th mainline game and the first one to release on the current generation of consoles. The game has also sold more than 2.5 million copies worldwide making it a success for Bandai Namco.
