Overwatch Update Version 2.65 Will Bring Back Anniversary Event

Blizzard Entertainment has announced an anniversary event for Overwatch: Origins Edition. This will be a part of the upcoming Overwatch update 2.65 for PS4, which will also get released for Xbox One and PC on May 21.

Overwatch anniversary event is a seasonal event that is usually used to celebrate the release of the game. It was first started in 2017 and has continued to run in 2018 and will return back in 2019.

During the Overwatch anniversary event, players can play through some new arena maps and also get limited time items that will be a part of the event. It will run from May 22 till June 11 and will be a part of the upcoming Overwatch update 2.65 which is out on May 21.

In the past, every event has usually kicked off with an update and this one won’t be any different. We will have patch notes ready for it once the update drops on May 21. In the meanwhile, you can have a look at the official teaser video for this anniversary event.

Overwatch Origins Edition is available now for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
