Overwatch’s is getting a brand new character soon called Wrecking Ball in the next update. Initially known as Hero 28, the cute hamster named Hammond pilots a mech that tumbles across the battlefield.
PC Overwatch players can try out Wrecking Ball now on the Public Test Realm servers while everyone else will just have to wait for the upcoming update.
Now we all know Hammond is really cute and all, but his death animation is pretty amazing, check it out below:
I was really hoping he’d hop out of his mech when it gets destroyed like D.Va but that super small hitbox would’ve led to some raging issues for players everywhere.
I stopped playing the game a couple of months ago but honestly, Hammond just might bring me back.
