Persona 5 E3 trailer shows nothing new, still set for 2015 American release

We expected plentiful news on Atlus’ much awaited Persona 5 this week, unfortunately the game has so far gotten nothing more than a trailer this E3 which we’ve already seen. The E3 trailer for Persona 5 is the same as the one shown off in Japan when the game was properly unveiled and got details on the setting and story.

If you haven’t seen the trailer yet check it out below:

The trailer’s description confirms the game’s release period of 2015 that they announced a while ago.

Coming to the Americas on PS3 and PS4 in 2015.

The game has already been delayed once as it was originally set to release in 2014 for the PS3. The game was delayed for a 2015 release and a Playstation 4 version of the game was also announced.

Fans are speculating that the game could be delayed in Western regions as we’ve yet to see any English screens or videos. If the game is indeed coming out this year then some localised content should have been showed off. Hopefully Atlus doesn’t delay the game again so we get to play the much awaited JRPG later this year.

Looking forward to Persona 5? Let us know your thoughts on the trailer below.
